Amazing, I mean AMAZING customer service. When you call it’s not just some prompt and you have to navigate and press 0 until you get help. Kathy picked up the phone and exchanged a few calls with me as if she was someone in my contacts. I had an issue with a beautiful wallet I bought embossed where there was some sort of dome bubble on the leather. I took a few pictures and text it to her. She 3 way called me with her leather expert Leroy who tried to give me some tips to see if it can be removed without damaging the product. He also educated me on leather itself and sometimes what can happen when making leather goods by hand like they do here. At the end, they were concerned if I tried to remove it myself I might damage it where it will ruin the look of the product, so they called me back and say they will replace it free of charge. I’ve never had such amazing service from any company like they did here. They just wanted me to be happy with the product so I will consider them for my next leather good purchase.
