Our Leather Care Guide

keep your ROYCE leather product in beautiful condition

Here are some quick, easy ways to clean and care for your leather bag or accessory.

Reducing Scratches & Water Damage

To help remove small scratches, lightly rub your finger over the mark until it becomes less noticeable as the skin’s natural oils will help condition the leather. Our leather cleaner/conditioner will also reduce how noticeable scratches are.

A soft, damp towel or microfiber cloth can also be used to remove dirt or other surface residue by lightly rubbing. If your leather product gets wet, dry it by wiping with a cloth as soon as possible, storing it upright and stuffing it with a dry fabric to aid in airing out the moisture.

About Our Leather Conditioner

Our leather cleaning and conditioning solution has been used for decades in our workshop and repair center with great success, as it contains natural ingredients that preserve the oils in the leather and does not leave greasy residue on the leather.

Just to be on the safe side, before applying anything to your leather product, if it is a non-Royce product, test it in a discrete area to ensure it is compatible with that particular leather.

Applying Leather Conditioner

Gently apply the lotion to the leather by using a clean, soft, dry cloth. Please note we do not recommend using the cleaning solution on the suede lining in our leather products.

How to Store Bags

For storing bags when not in use, we recommend using the suede dust bags provided with every ROYCE backpack, tote bag, briefcase, duffel bag and luggage in a cool, dry place to avoid damage from moisture, heat, and sunlight.
