  • Exclusive ROYCE Gifting

    Most items are individually packaged in ROYCE’s signature blue gift boxes and silver ribbon. Larger gifts are elegantly encased in ROYCE’s suede draw string dust bags.

    For a handwritten gift note on ROYCE stationery to be sent with the package, please include them in the “Notes” section of the order form.

    Please note, no merchandise is accompanied by any price tags or invoice paperwork indicating the price paid, unless otherwise requested.


  • Shipping Information


    We ship domestically to all 50 states within the U.S. For APO, FPO, DPO and PO Boxes, we ship via USPS.


    We also ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, the European Union, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Australia, South Africa, Israel, Switzerland and New Zealand.

    We offer free FedEx Ground shipping to all 50 US states on any qualifying order of $100 or more (excluding taxes).


    For orders under $100, we offer free USPS Priority Mail postage. No code needed, please select “free shipping” at checkout.

    Shipping cost for all other service levels is determined in the checkout cart once the shipping zip code has been entered in the Shipping & Tax Estimator. Shipping rates are premised on the weight and dimensions of your shipment as well as the service selected.

    For same day delivery service in Manhattan, please contact [email protected]  and we also offer curbside pickup at our Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s monogram boutiques in New York City.


    Due to strict trading agreements and state laws, we are unable to ship our alligator bags and accessories internationally nor can they be shipped to California, Delaware, and US military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

  • Order Processing & Delivery Time

    All orders ship within 2 business days, most orders ship within 1 business day and orders placed by 12pm EST often ship same day. Please note this fulfillment time excludes weekends or holidays, as our shipping carriers do not provide shipping on Saturday or Sunday, however we offer Saturday delivery as a ship option when “Next Day Early AM” is selected.

    Please note that ship method specified is not the number of days from the time of ordering to the time of delivery. Rather, it is the shipping method by which we will ship the order. For example, 2-Day shipping does not necessarily mean the order will arrive in two days, it could be up to 4 days between ordering and delivery, depending on what was ordered and the time of day at which the order was placed.

    Most monogrammed orders ship by the following business day and orders placed by 11am EST usually ship same business day. All monogrammed orders – with the exception of those with more than 3 characters – ship within 2 business days.

    The only exception are personalization orders with names, special characters and numbers; these require additional time – up to 3 additional business days – due to the complexity of stamping. We are happy to extend this complimentary service on all items wherever possible and thank you for your consideration and patience.


    Orders may be canceled or revised up to 30 minutes after placing the order by sending an email to: [email protected] with the order number and any pertinent information regarding updates to the shipping address, a gift note, monogramming details, merchandise quantity or cancellation.

    Our Canadian clients enjoy Free Ground Shipping across Canada. In addition, there are no import duties/tariffs and all orders are tax-free. For express shipping options to Canada, please email [email protected]

  • Returns

    Our family wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase experience. We are happy to refund any new, unused, and non-personalized merchandise purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery. All international orders are non-refundable.

    To initiate a return, please mail back the merchandise in its original gift packaging and indicate the order reference number, utilizing the shipping carrier of your choice.

    Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, other terms and conditions may apply.

  • Refunds

    Our warehouse works as quickly as possible to receive and process returns, please expect a refund processed to your method of payment within 3-5 business days of the returned merchandise being delivered to our warehouse.

    We are not able to price match any of our merchandise, nor are we able to make any adjustments to the selling price upon order confirmation.

  • Order Tracking

    Within 48 hours of the order being shipped, a tracking number will be shared via e-mail.

    Please note that ROYCE will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather or carrier delays.

    ROYCE is not responsible nor liable for lost, stolen or missing packages. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate shipping inquiries and assist any way we can on behalf of our clients.
