    Most items are individually packaged in ROYCE’s signature blue gift boxes and silver ribbon. Larger gifts are elegantly encased in ROYCE’s suede draw string dust bags.

    For a handwritten gift note on ROYCE stationery to be sent with the package, please include them in the “Notes” section of the order form.

  • Shipping Information


    We exclusively used FedEx to ship domestically to all 50 states within the United States as well as all APO, FPO, DPO and PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and all US Territories.

    We offer free FedEx Economy Ground shipping on all orders, and orders over $100 in value (excluding tax), are shipped with free FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery services.

    We offer FedEx Express 3Day Saver, 2Day, 2Day AM, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, First Overnight, and Saturday Delivery as expedited services.


    For orders under $100, we offer free FedEx Economy Ground shipping. No code needed, please select “Free Shipping” at checkout. For orders over $100, we automatically upgrade you to Free FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery services after checkout.

    Shipping costs for all other service levels is determined in the checkout cart once the ship destination zip code has been entered in the “Shipping & Tax Estimator”. Shipping rates are calculated premised on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, as well as the zip code distance and location and service level selected.

    For same-day delivery service in New York City, Westchester County, Bergen County, and Hudson County, please contact [email protected] to arrange courier service. We also offer curbside pickup at our Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s monogram boutique locations in Manhattan and Greenwich.


    Due to strict trading agreements and state laws, we are unable to ship our alligator bags and accessories internationally nor can they be shipped to California, Delaware, and US military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

  • Order Processing & Delivery Time

    All orders ship within 2 business days, most orders ship within 1 business day and orders placed by 12pm EST often ship same day. Please note this fulfillment time excludes weekends or holidays, as our shipping carriers do not provide shipping on Saturday or Sunday, however we offer Saturday delivery as a ship option when “Next Day Early AM” is selected.

    Please note that ship method specified is not the number of days from the time of ordering to the time of delivery. Rather, it is the shipping method by which we will ship the order. For example, 2-Day shipping does not necessarily mean the order will arrive in two days, it could be up to 4 days between ordering and delivery, depending on what was ordered and the time of day at which the order was placed.

    Most monogrammed orders ship by the following business day and orders placed by 11am EST usually ship same business day. All monogrammed orders – with the exception of those with more than 3 characters – ship within 2 business days.

    The only exception are personalization orders with names, special characters and numbers; these require additional time – up to 3 additional business days – due to the complexity of stamping. We are happy to extend this complimentary service on all items wherever possible and thank you for your consideration and patience.


    Orders may be canceled or revised up to 30 minutes after placing the order by sending an email to: [email protected] with the order number and any pertinent information regarding updates to the shipping address, a gift note, monogramming details, merchandise quantity or cancellation.

  • Canada & International Shipping


    Our Canadian clients enjoy Free FedEx Ground Shipping across Canada. In addition, there are no import duties/tariffs for the customer or to be borne by the gift recipient and all orders are tax-free (all of these costs are absorbed by ROYCE and are not passed on to our clients nor their gift recipients).     We partner exclusively with FedEx for all international shipments, with whom we offer two service levels.

    1.) Free International Shipping: Delivery time 7-10 Business Days (excluding any unforeseen customs delays); we absorb the cost of all national and local duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage fees.

    2.) $75 Flat Rate International Shipping:  Delivery time 3-5 Business Days (excluding any unforeseen customs delays); we absorb the cost of all national and local duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage fees.

  • Returns

    Our family wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase experience. We are happy to refund any new, unused, and non-personalized merchandise purchased from our website within 14 days of the merchandise being delivered. This credit will be only refunded back to the original form of purchase, whether it be a credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, or digital ROYCE gift card.

    We offer extended returns during the holiday season, as we know many of these purchases are for gift recipients. In these cases, we can provide a store credit on non-monogrammed merchandise in the form of a digital ROYCE gift card, that has an expiration date of 12 months from the time of the return.

    To initiate a return, please mail back the merchandise in its original gift packaging and include the original packing slip or indicate the order reference number on the outside of the shipping packaging, utilizing the shipping carrier of your choice. ROYCE is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please note all original shipping fees (if expedited shipping was selected and charged for the order) are non-refundable.

    The only exception to the above return policy is for damaged, defective or mis-picked merchandise. ROYCE will gladly make arrangements to provide a prompt, expedited resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Refunds

    Our warehouse works as quickly as possible to receive and process returns, please expect a refund processed to your method of payment within 3-5 business days of the returned merchandise being delivered to our warehouse.

    We are not able to price match any of our merchandise, nor are we able to make any adjustments to the selling price upon order confirmation.

  • Order Tracking

    Within 24 hours of the order being shipped, a tracking number will be shared via e-mail to the email address provided at checkout.

    Please note that ROYCE will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather or carrier delays.

    ROYCE is not responsible nor liable for lost, stolen or missing packages. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate shipping inquiries and assist any way we can on behalf of our clients.
