I have purchased so many of the beautiful leather items from Royce now for a number of years. I ordered the Signature keychain for my three sons. The leather is beautiful, the metal key rings are such high-quality, and the monogrammed initials are the finishing touch! The packaging it comes in, classy!! There was a bit of a misunderstanding and the “k” in my order was capitalized even though it was intentionally left lower case. I also felt that the mockup word customization appeared more visible than the actual item. Otherwise the order turned out fine.
