WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?

First payment is due when your order ships; the remaining three payments will be processed every two weeks after that.

What are the requirements for using
Klarna?

1. A U.S.-issued debit or credit card
2. You’re 18 years of age or older
3. A U.S. billing address
4. A phone number that receives text messages
5. The items in your shopping bag must total between $10 and $2,000 to be eligible. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with Klarna.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE KLARNA AT CHECKOUT?

If you don’t see Klarna at checkout, the items in your shopping bag aren’t all Klarna-eligible. Make sure your purchase total is between $10 and $2,000. If you have Gift Cards in your bag, your order won’t be eligible for purchase with Klarna. (Try removing those items or choosing another form of payment.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT IS LATE?

You may be charged a fee of up to $7 if an automatic payment can’t be collected. See terms.

What if I need to make a return?

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of date of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval prior to a credit being issued. All original express shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include a copy of the original packing slip in the package to streamline the refund process.

Personalized products are final sale and cannot be refunded; if there is an issue with the product quality, monogram quality or if the wrong item was shipped, we are happy to immediately replace and expedite the replacement order at no additional cost.

WHO ACCEPTS PAYPAL IN 4?

Transactions can be made in all currencies that PayPal supports, not just USD. For transactions not in USD, PayPal will automatically convert the transaction amount to USD at checkout before you apply for Pay in 4.

IS A CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING FOR PAYPAL LATER OFFERS?

When applying for PayPal Pay Later solutions, a soft credit check may be needed, but will not affect your credit score. You must be 18 years old or older when applying for Pay Later.

DOES PAY IN 4 OR PAY MONTHLY CHARGE INTEREST AND FEES?

Pay in 4 is always interest-free, with no late fees or sign-up fees. With Pay Monthly, you will pay a fixed interest rate, which varies based on your credit, and you won't pay any late fees or sign-up fees.

CAN I PAY OFF MY PAY MONTHLY LOAN EARLY?

Yes. You can view your Pay Monthly remaining balance in the PayPal app by clicking Pay Later. There you can make additional payments as desired or pay off the loan in full at any time and you won’t be charged a fee or penalty if you do so.

WHY USE BUY NOW, PAY LATER (BNPL)?

Buy now, pay later solutions are excellent options if you want to make purchases more manageable by paying them off over time. Get what you want right away and break the payments up over weeks or months.
