Item arrived quickly & quality was fine. My only complaint is that I ordered the monogram in gold because on your web site, the snap looks gold. Upon arrival & inspection, the hardware is in fact silver. Not a deal breaker, but I would have chosen a different monogram type, because I like things to match. Perhaps a better description is needed on web site.
