Customer service question was answered in a timely manner. The gift box definitely elevates the presentation. The rating reduction is due to what appears to be a small blemish on the bag. While it isn’t huge, it does make me a little embarrassed since it’s a gift and may give the impression that I bought a cheap gift with poor quality: leather that’s so easily rubbed off or a dye job that didn’t penetrate the leather fibers properly. I just hope it isn’t an indication that the rest of the leather/dye will wear away quickly.
