Because the wallet is stunningly beautiful and the leather so buttery soft, I ended up ordering 3 of these gorgeous wallets – each one beautifully monogrammed. It turned out one monogram was incorrect. When I called to let Royce know, there was an immediate apology (followed by an email one) and a corrected wallet was received via Fed Ex two days later!!! That is AMAZING customer service!!! I have ordered a number of other Royce items and each one is exquisitely made and the customer service is first rate!

After years of a large wallet I wanted to pare down and wow am I pleased! I have no idea how this wallet is so efficient but it looks great, is compact yet roomy, and appears to be great quality.
