Very good quality leather and very professional looking. Royce can compete with all the top leather manufacturers. The leather products are soft and pliable with fine workmanship. Very Elegant and classy leather. The best quality to me is the customer service. The owner took care of all my requests and orders. He made sure the items i purchase was shipped in a timely matter and reach out to me to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. The owner made me feel like i was family and treated me with the upmost professionalism. I am very appreciative of the owner kind jester that was displayed toward me while customizing a backpack and communicating with me by listening to my ideas to fulfill my desire to customize one of their leather products.
