I am so happy with this product! I ordered the key chain as a gift and it turned out perfect. The key chain is beautiful and seems to be made well. The free monogram was such a nice touch to make the piece feel personal. Also the packaging it was sent in was perfect! It’s beautiful to look at and to keep, and also was helpful so that I didn’t feel like I had to wrap it myself, which is always nice.

Key Chain was just what I wanted for my apartment fob. I was disappointed that the ring was impossible to open to put the fob on. Customer service was excellent and immediately replaced the ring. I must say, that for the price, the ring feels very light weight and not of the highest quality.

I ordered the red Royce keychain for my wife for valentines day. Upon its arrival we noticed a small blemish above one of the initials in the monogram. I contacted customer service and was handled courteously and professionally. They immediately sent out a replacement with no hassle and again thanked me for my business. Love my key ring

I gave it a 4 star because of the engraving. But also remember, engraving was free so I’m not making a fuss. The only reason why it knocked off one star is because the gold foil is already fading after having it for 10 days. But my keys gets rough housed in my tote so it’s expected but it feels too soon for it to fade. Otherwise the leather and craftsmanship is amazing!!
