DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Every order placed on our website or through our retail boutiques qualifies for complimentary shipping, there is no minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to all products, regardless of order value, quantity, promotional pricing, or final sale status. Simply select the “Free Shipping” option at checkout; no promo code is needed.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders, including personalized and monogrammed items, are guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days of order receipt anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

While all monogrammed orders ship within our standard timeframe, personalization requests that include full names, numbers, or special characters may require up to three additional business days for processing due to the added craftsmanship involved. We are pleased to offer this complimentary personalization service whenever possible and appreciate your patience as we create a truly unique item.


DO YOU OFFER RUSH DELIVERY?

For expedited delivery, we offer the following rush service options:

  • Next Business Day Morning Delivery — $100 flat rate
  • Next Business Day Evening Delivery — $75 flat rate
  • Two Business Day Evening Delivery — $45 flat rate

For expedited delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST to qualify for those guaranteed delivery timelines.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.

SAME DAY DELIVERY & IN-STORE PICKUP

For same-day delivery service in New York City, Westchester County, Bergen County, and Hudson County, please contact [email protected] to arrange courier service.

We also offer curbside pickup at our Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s monogram boutique locations in Manhattan at no additional cost.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER SUBMISSION?

Orders may be canceled or revised up to 15 minutes after placing the order by sending an email to: [email protected] with the order number and any pertinent information regarding updates to the shipping address, a gift note, monogramming details, merchandise quantity or cancellation.

PERSONALIZATION DETAILS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details prior to submitting an order. ROYCE is not responsible for customer-entered spelling, initials, dates, or personalization errors.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time an order is placed, including recipient telephone number in case the carrier needs to get in touch with the recipient regarding delivery.

ROYCE is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate address correction requests. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible and may be subject to carrier fees.

If a package requires interception, rerouting, address correction, return-to-sender processing, or reshipment due to customer-provided address errors, any fees assessed by the shipping carrier, as well as any additional shipping charges incurred, may be charged to the customer.

For the security of our customers, a signature upon delivery is required for all orders with a merchandise value of $500 or more. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept and sign for the package at the delivery address.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

ROYCE partners exclusively with FedEx and uses its priority international service for all global deliveries, including Canada, ensuring reliable and expedited delivery worldwide.

We offer a flat-rate international shipping fee of $95 USD per order, regardless of the international destination address.

Most international orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.

For most destinations in Canada (excluding certain rural and remote locations), delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to severe weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or shipments to rural destinations.


DO YOU COVER ALL CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

ROYCE covers all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees associated with your shipment.

In the unlikely event that customs authorities request payment from the recipient, simply forward the notice to us at [email protected]. We will either remit payment directly or provide a credit toward your order.

For security purposes, all international shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. To help ensure successful delivery, please provide the recipient’s telephone number in the designated field during checkout.


WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

ROYCE currently ships to more than 150 countries worldwide, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most European Union countries, the Middle East, Asia, Central and South America, Africa, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At ROYCE, our family is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are pleased to accept returns of new, unused, and non-personalized merchandise purchased directly from ROYCE.US within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, or a ROYCE digital gift card.

During the holiday season, we recognize that many purchases are intended as gifts. For eligible non-personalized merchandise returned beyond our standard return window, we may issue a digital ROYCE gift card valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All personalized or monogrammed merchandise
  • All international orders
  • All merchandise designated as "FINAL SALE"

The only exception to the above policy applies to merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. In these cases, ROYCE will promptly arrange an expedited resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please return merchandise in its original gift packaging and include the original packing slip. If the packing slip is unavailable, please clearly indicate the order number on or within the return package.

Customers may use the shipping carrier of their choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable.

ROYCE reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 15% in cases of excessive, repeated, or unusually high-volume returns. This determination is made at the company's discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?

ROYCE proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted leather goods. Merchandise purchased directly from the Royce.us website or one of our ROYCE retail boutiques is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a product is determined by ROYCE to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable product. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, alterations, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic aging of leather, or damage resulting from airline, travel, or shipping carriers.

This warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Royce.us or a ROYCE retail boutique. Merchandise purchased through department stores, specialty retailers, third-party marketplaces, promotional products distributors, corporate gifting programs, or other authorized retailers is subject to the warranty and return policies of the respective seller.

Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim. If a warranty claim is approved, ROYCE will cover the cost of return. For personalized merchandise, ROYCE will also provide complimentary monogramming on the replacement item using the original personalization details.
