I typically do not write reviews but I ordered this bag as a gift for my husband. There was a small mishap with my order and the owner of the company personally emailed me immediately rectifying the issue. Never have I witnessed such a high level of customer service. Not to mention, my husband absolutely loves the bag. The quality is excellent and the green is such a classy and subtle color. He also loves the slot for his suitcase handle. We will definitely be future customers of Royce!
I was more than pleased with the medium pebble grain duffel bag in black. The craftsmanship was superb. When I opened the bag the quality was much better than I hoped for. The zippers zipped with precise smooth long strokes not snapping as they were moved along the length of the zipper. The pockets were deep and roomy. I’m requesting that my employees be gift with such quality. I’m sure they will enjoy theirs as I’m enjoying mine.
I bought this bag for my fiancé. Bag was absolutely beautiful. We did have a little mishap where the warehouse sent us the wrong style BUT the owner / customer service made it right immediately. I felt inclined to leave this review bc of that. AMAZING customer service. We will definitely be supporting this company again!
