  • How can I get my initials, name or company logo on your products?

    All ROYCE leather products can be foil stamped or blind embossed (pressed into leather using the combination of heat and pressure, but without adding a foil color like silver or gold).

    Our master stampers will hand-set the brass characters in aesthetic proportion to the size of the product and the leather’s texture, assemble them with meticulous care to ensure that the spacing is perfectly even, and lock them into the heated plate of the stamping press. A sheet of foil is placed above the product and the brass characters are then stamped directly onto the leather, so it becomes both embossed and then filled with the color of the selected foil to ensure it permanently remains in the leather.

    In addition to elegant embossing, foil stamping is available as well and colors include, but are not limited to: gold, silver, rose gold, copper, blue, red, purple, pink, green, black, white, yellow, and orange. For special orders, we can match almost the exact PMS color that the monogram, design or logo will be stamped in. The personalization of initials & names can be done in uppercase, lowercase or mixed and in either serif or sans serif font. For special orders, we can monogram in any desired custom font.

    Our graphic design team will evaluate your logo for the perfect size and location on the product selected. Multiple logo size and placement options will be offered as location and product design allow for. Artwork must be provided in a vectorized format (.ai or .eps file) in which the design and/or typography is outlined so it can then be turned into a custom brass die.

  • HOW DOES THE ONLINE MONOGRAM PROCESS WORK?

    Make It Personal! On our website and in every ROYCE retail boutique location, enjoy free monogram personalization on all ROYCE leather merchandise and transform a beautiful gift into something even more unique, personal and especially thoughtful.

    On the product page (prior to adding the product to your shopping cart), select up to 3 letters for a classic monogrammed look (all letters are same size and order of initials would be first name, middle name, last name). For a more custom option, please feel free to input words, characters or numbers into the second text box.

    Choose from gold foil, silver foil or embossing (pressed into leather without color), as monogram options. Please note our signature font for all monogrammed orders online and in-store is Goudy Light, a modern Serif font.

    We do offer enhanced customization options (other color foils, different fonts as well as logo and other artwork) for an additional fee. For these options, it can take an additional 2-5 business days to complete the order.   • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOMETHING MONOGRAMMED?

    Most monogrammed orders placed on a business day ship by the following business day and orders placed by 10am EST (on a business day) typically ship during the same business day.

    Weekend monogram orders (ordered after 1pm EST on Friday) typically ship the following business day (the following Monday).

    All monogrammed orders – with the exception of those with more than 3 letters or have special characters other than letters and numbers – ship within 2 business days.

    Personalization orders with names, special characters and numbers require additional time – up to 3 additional business days – due to the complexity of stamping. We are happy to extend this complimentary service on all items wherever possible and thank you for your consideration and patience.

  • WHERE CAN I IMPRINT MY CORPORATE LOGO?

    In addition to the same logo placement options as offered on our website for monogramming, we can also add a corporate logo to other parts of the product, so that way both a logo imprinting and monogramming can be added.

    For example, on a passport case, we can add the logo to the top center, bottom right corner, inside left corner or back of the product.

    All ROYCE leather products can accommodate a corporate logo and also monogrammed initials or names, with the exception of our AirTag carrying cases, which can only have either a logo or initials/name added to it.

  • DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES WITH A LOGO IMPRINTED? IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?

    Yes, we can do a 1 piece sample order with your logo added, if you would like to see a sample prior to production of a larger order.

    We have no minimum order quantity, so you are welcome to order just 1 ROYCE product with a logo added to it.

  • DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE OR QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?

    We offer savings of up to 50% off the original retail price on qualifying orders including product and logo and/or monogram personalization, depending on quantity and value of merchandise ordered.

  • IS A GIFT BOX INCLUDED? CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE?

    ROYCE products are luxuriously encased in our signature two-piece navy blue gift boxes with a rich silver bow and the products are carefully packaged with ROYCE tissue paper prior to being placed inside the gift box. Larger items, such as rolling luggage, briefcases, backpacks and duffel bags, are packed in refined ROYCE branded suede navy blue dust bags. In addition, we can provide a ROYCE navy blue shopping bag upon request.

    We can include a ROYCE card (4” x 6” custom ROYCE stationery card) for you to write a gift note on upon receiving your package, or we can print a gift note and include it in the package if shipped directly to your gift recipient.


    All corporate orders or orders with multiple items will have individualized labels affixed on the bottom of each gift box for additional convenience

  • I HAVE A CUSTOM DESIGN, CAN YOU MAKE IT?

    We pride ourselves in our ability to custom design and hand craft products to meet your specific needs. Please email our customer service team at orders@royce.us with a tech pack or picture of a prototype, as well as additional product details, in order to provide a precise quotation.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

    Non-personalized products are almost always promptly shipped same day. Personalized products are shipped either same day or next day.

    Products with an embossed or foil stamped corporate branded logo ship within three business days after a digital proof or physical pre-production proof of the logo placement is approved and payment has been provided.

  • WHAT CAN BE MONOGRAMMED? CAN YOU MONOGRAM MY NON-ROYCE PRODUCT?

    The entire ROYCE collection can be personalized by embossing or foil stamping through a range of our carefully curated assortment of fonts, numbers, and symbols in a plethora of colors.

    In addition, we provide monogramming services for leading luxury brands, retailers and department stores so please email us at orders@royce.us with a picture of the desired item and what would you like to be monogrammed.

    Please also feel free to bring your leather product into any of our ROYCE retail locations and we can provide a quote on the spot and advise on turnaround time. Typically, we can return monogrammed non-ROYCE merchandise within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    Non personalized products can be returned within 14 days of date of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval prior to a credit being issued. All original shipping charges are non-refundable

    Please include a copy of the original packing slip in the package to streamline the refund process. Personalized products are final sale and cannot be refunded; if there is an issue with the product quality, monogram quality or if the wrong item was shipped, we will happily replace and expedite the replacement order.

    Products that are on markdown promo and are indicated as final sale as well as all international orders, are not eligible for return and refund.

    Contingent on the quantity of merchandise returned, a re-stocking fee of up to 15% may be charged. Credit will be issued for the merchandise only. The customer is responsible for original shipping and handling charges (if applicable), as well as the return shipping charges.

    We aim to process your return within 48 hours of receipt. Once the refund has been completed, it may take up to 14 days for your credit card provider to return the funds to your account.

  • WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY?

    Expert craftsmanship and commitment to high quality design and materials are at the heart of the ROYCE name, a proud tradition going back four generations in our family. ROYCE provides a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee for new leather bags and accessories purchased online or in-store directly from ROYCE.

    The lifetime guarantee covers all functional aspects of ROYCE products as it pertains to manufacturers defects and we will be happy to fix or replace products with such defects in a prompt manner. To proceed with starting the warranty redemption process, please email a few images of the item to orders@royce.us as well as proof of purchase. The lifetime guarantee does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear or damages deriving from misuse, abuse, negligence or accident.

  • WILL THE PRODUCT VARY IN LOOK FROM HOW IT APPEARS ONLINE?

    All product images on our website, whether they are lifestyle images or white background studio images, have been taken with very high resolution in realistic lighting to best accurately portray the product color, texture, size and design details.

    Please be advised that differences in computer/tablet/phone monitor and screen brightness may result in color variations between the actual product and what is depicted on your screen.
    In some cases, small variations in leather texture and grain appearance may occur to due to the natural process of top grain and full grain American Nappa cowhide leather.

  • WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

    All ROYCE merchandise, including corporate logo stamped and monogrammed orders, is elegantly gift packaged and shipped from our workshop and warehouse in Secaucus, New Jersey just 10 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel, allowing for easy pick up at our warehouse or immediate courier delivery to Manhattan and same-day courier delivery to all locations in New York City. On occasion or upon request, ROYCE merchandise may be shipped from (or picked up in-store) its retail locations in New York City, Greenwich, CT and San Francisco, CA.

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    For orders under $100, we offer free FedEx Economy Ground shipping. No code needed, please select “Free Shipping” at checkout. For orders over $100, we automatically upgrade you to Free FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery services after checkout.

    Shipping costs for all other service levels is determined in the checkout cart once the ship destination zip code has been entered in the “Shipping & Tax Estimator”. Shipping rates are calculated premised on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, as well as the zip code distance and location and service level selected.

  • DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?

    We offer free FedEx Economy Ground shipping on all orders, and orders over $100 in value (excluding tax), are shipped with free FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery services.

    Our Canadian clients enjoy Free FedEx Ground Shipping across Canada.     Our family creates all of our leather styles in our design studio in New York City.

    We exclusively handcraft our leather bags, wallets, travel organizers and desk accessories using American cowhide leather, sourced from Texas.

    Our collection of American alligator and embossed croc belts, cufflinks and accessories, as well as some of our catchall trays, passport cases, keychains, money clips, and journals are hand made in our workshop here in the USA.

    The balance of the ROYCE leather collection is assembled at our long time, family owned and operated production line in Mumbai, featuring a team of highly skilled master craftsmen and women who have worked with our family’s business for many years – in some cases, decades.
